Sun Mountain development zone is located at the junction between Yanchi, Tongxin and Hongsibao counties. The place has a long history and abundant talents. Earlier in Western Han Dynasty, this place was equipped with "salt officer". As a famous geographer, Li Daoyuan once visited here for inspection, and recorded the hot spring of Sun Mountain in the famous Shui Jing Zhu. In Ming Dynasty, Zhu Lai the sixteenth son of Zhu Yuanzhang visited Sun Mountain and stationed troops and pacified the farmers, built a harmonic society with rich soil and beautiful water, where the people are at peace and the country are prosperous...The tomb of Prince Ming, Kangji Temple Tower, Lama Tower Temple, Yunqing Temple, Weizhou Muslim Temple, etc, have made up an open historical scenery which reveals the past and evolution, extensiveness and deepness and beauty of Sun Mountain.)
