本书通过描绘中国食品安全监管的变迁轨迹与逻辑，梳理中国复杂监管图景，提供对中国式"监管国家"的分析和解释，并将之置于全球性"监管国家兴起"的视野之下，为构建符合中国的市场与政府关系以及中国式监管国家的发展提供政策建议，也希望通过中国的经验来理解国家建构的过程，以推动当前学术界关于国家建构和国家能力建设的讨论。(The book depicts the changing track and logic of Chinese food safety supervision, combs Chinese complex regulatory landscape, provides analysis and interpretation of Chinese-style "regulatory state", places it under the vision of global "rise of regulatory states", and provides policy advice for the construction of relations between the government and the market fit to China and the development of China style regulatory state. The book also hopes to understand the national construction process from the experience of China, in order to promote the academic discussion on current national construction and national capacity-building.)
