This is a biographical documentary of the author's quest to heal emotionally, spiritually and mentally. It tells some of the details that led to the experience of post traumatic stress disorder between birth and the teen years, what the author had to endure to survive, as well as the steps taken that led to self-healing, including art, writing and other healing modalities. The author managed to heal without turning to professionals; rather, healing took place by following instincts and the deliberate quest to search for tools that would help reintegrate the person into a unified healthy being.
